BD Catering — SMS/Text Messaging Program

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SMS/text messaging program operated by Ugly Dawg LLC d/b/a Warehouse 22 and BD Catering ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from Warehouse 22, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of SMS Program and Messaging Use Cases

Warehouse 22 offers an SMS/text messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective customers about our event venue and related services. When you opt in, you may receive text messages including:

  • Event booking confirmations, updates, and reminders

  • Appointment and venue tour scheduling notifications

  • Responses to your inquiries submitted through our website, phone, or text

  • Promotional offers, event announcements, and special deals (with your express consent)

  • Payment reminders and invoicing notifications

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us and the services you have requested. You may receive recurring messages.

2. Opt-In and Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any Warehouse 22 form, or by texting a keyword to our number, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Warehouse 22 at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You may opt in through:

  • Our website contact forms and inquiry forms

  • In-person sign-up at our venue

  • By texting a keyword (e.g., JOIN) to our business number

3. How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from Warehouse 22. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Message and data rates may apply.

Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages you send and receive. Contact your carrier for details about your text messaging plan. We are not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

6. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Warehouse 22 is not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, or any other issues related to the transmission or receipt of text messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by Warehouse 22. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

By subscribing to our SMS services, you acknowledge and agree that we will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from or related to the use or failure to receive any text messages, including but not limited to delays, non-delivery, or technical issues.

7. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our SMS/text messaging program.

By opting in, you represent and confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that a person under 18 has subscribed, we will promptly remove their number from our messaging list.
